It does not cover customer messaging. Remindlo plugs that gap with a Skill for SMS reminders, no-show recovery, and reactivation. In May 2026, Anthropic launched [Claude for Small Business](https://www.anthropic.com/news/claude-for-small-business) - a packaged set of workflows and skills that plug Claude into the apps small businesses already run on, including QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. The pack covers payroll planning, month-end close, business performance monitoring, campaign management, invoice chasing, and cash-flow forecasting. It is a strong foundation for the finance, marketing, and ops side of running a small business. One thing it does not cover: **talking to your customers**. There is no skill in the pack for sending appointment reminders, recovering no-shows, reactivating quiet customers, or following up after a visit. For service businesses - garages, dental practices, salons, vets, HVAC engineers, gyms, opticians - that is exactly where the most revenue leaks every month. Remindlo plugs that gap. Remindlo's Skill works the same way, but it lives on our domain and is loaded on demand: 1. **Discovery.** Claude (or any compliant AI agent) fetches `https://www.remindlo.co.uk/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json`. That is the Agent Skills Discovery manifest - a standard published by Cloudflare in 2026 that any business can use to make AI-friendly tools findable. 2. **Loading.** The agent reads the manifest, verifies a SHA-256 digest, and downloads the `SKILL.md` file referenced in it. SKILL.md is the same format Anthropic uses for its own skills, so any agent that knows how to load one knows how to load the other. 3. **Use.** Once loaded, the Skill steers the agent's decisions: when a user says _"send a reminder to everyone whose dental check-up is due next month"_ or _"reactivate the customers I have not seen this year"_, Claude already knows which Remindlo MCP calls to make and in what order. You do not need to do anything to enable the Skill - it is published for every Remindlo account by default. The only setup is on the _agent_ side: adding the Remindlo connector to Claude (or your AI tool of choice). ### **Connecting Remindlo to Claude** You only need to do this once. 1. Go to **Claude.ai** → **Settings** → **Connectors** → **Add custom connector**. 2. Enter `https://mcp.remindlo.co.uk` as the connector URL. 3. Authorise via OAuth - Claude opens a Remindlo login page; sign in and click **Allow**. 4. Start a conversation. Claude can now list campaigns, create contacts, send messages, and follow the Skill's guidance. For a typical service business, no-shows alone cost 20–40% of bookings every year. The SHA-256 digest in the manifest changes every time, so agents will re-fetch the latest version automatically - you do not need to do anything. **Does Remindlo see my data from QuickBooks, HubSpot, etc.?** No. Remindlo only sees data that is sent into Remindlo (contacts you create, campaigns you run, messages you send).
