    1. General provisions

    These Terms set out the rules for using the Remindlo service, available at remindlo.co.uk.

    The Service Provider is Remindlo. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Definitions

    • Service - Remindlo platform enabling automatic sending of SMS and email reminders to clients
    • User - natural person, legal person, or organizational unit using the Service
    • Account - collection of User resources and settings within the Service
    • Campaign - set of automatic messages sent to a specific group of contacts
    • Subscription - paid plan for access to the Service

    3. Service provision conditions

    To use the Service, the User must:

    • Have full legal capacity
    • Create an Account by filling out the registration form
    • Provide true and current data
    • Accept the Terms and Privacy Policy
    • Have the recipients' consent to receive SMS/email messages

    4. Registration and user account

    Registration in the Service is free. The User is obliged to:

    • Protect the Account access password from unauthorized access
    • Immediately inform the Service Provider of unauthorized access to the Account
    • Not transfer access data to third parties
    • Update contact data in case of change

    5. Plans and payments

    The Service is available in a subscription model:

    • Free plan - limited number of SMS per month
    • Paid plans - access to a larger pool of SMS and advanced features
    • Payments are processed by the Stripe payment processor
    • Subscription fee is charged in advance, cyclically (monthly or yearly)
    • Unused SMS may be rolled over to the next period (rollover), according to the plan terms

    6. Rules of using the service

    The User undertakes to:

    • Use the Service in accordance with the law and good manners
    • Send messages only to persons who have consented to receive them
    • Not use the Service for spam, fraudulent, or illegal purposes
    • Respect the rights of third parties
    • Not use the Service in a way that could disrupt its operation

    Violation of the above rules may result in suspension or deletion of the Account without the right to a refund.

    7. Liability

    The Service Provider:

    • Is not responsible for the content sent by Users
    • Does not guarantee constant availability of the Service and may temporarily suspend it for maintenance purposes
    • Is not responsible for non-delivery of messages caused by external factors (e.g., telecommunications operator)
    • Is not responsible for the consequences of the User's actions inconsistent with the Terms or the law

    8. Resignation and account deletion

    The User may at any time:

    • Cancel the subscription - cancellation is effective from the end of the current billing period
    • Delete the Account - by contacting customer support or in account settings

    Account deletion results in the permanent deletion of all data, excluding data required by law to be stored.

    9. Changes to the Terms

    The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Terms. Users will be informed of changes 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the changes come into force constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

    Complaints are considered within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

    11. Governing law

    In matters not covered by these Terms, the laws of the United Kingdom shall apply.
