    In Outlook on the web, open Settings > Calendar > Shared calendars and publish the calendar you book clients into. Outlook gives you a private, read-only link.

    Add the link once under Integrations. Remindlo runs a test fetch, tells you how many appointments it can see, and keeps checking every hour from then on.

    On a locked-down Microsoft 365 tenant?

If the Publish option is missing from your settings, that is what happened, and you do not need to raise a ticket.
