We help service businesses recover lost customers and reduce no-shows by sending a short SMS at the right moment - reminding customers when their MOT is due, confirming tomorrow's appointment, asking for a review after the job, or letting a regular know about a last-minute opening in the diary. You don't need a separate SMS provider - Remindlo works out of the box and connects to Google Calendar, Outlook, iCloud, and most booking systems.

Do I need my own Twilio account or another SMS provider?

No! Remindlo works out of the box - we use our own SMS logic and secured infrastructure. You don't need to configure anything. Just sign up and start sending reminders. The moment you sign up we'll send you a test SMS reminder, so you can see exactly how it works right away.

What happens when I exceed the SMS limit?

When you run out, we automatically top your account up with a 50 SMS pack via Stripe, which works out at £0.18 per SMS. There is no separate per-message charge and no bill at the end of the month. You can also buy bigger packs after login: +300 SMS for £49 or +1500 SMS for £219, and the bigger the pack, the lower the price per SMS.

Can I send emails instead of SMS?

Yes! You can send up to 250 emails per month (fair-use). You can combine SMS and emails in your campaigns as needed.

I book appointments in Google Calendar, Outlook, or iCloud. Can I connect them to Remindlo?

You can add automatic SMS reminders to Google Calendar, Outlook, iCloud, Fastmail, and most webmail calendars. Integration takes just a few minutes. Once connected, every appointment with a phone number will trigger an SMS reminder automatically. No new tool to learn, no workflow changes.

Setup takes about 2 minutes! Import contacts, choose a template for your industry, and launch your first campaign. The system will automatically handle the rest. Want to avoid manual work - just connect your calendar (Google, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, and many more).

Yes! While adding user you easilty mark that the customer agreed to receive reminders. Campaings wont' be send without it. Data export and deletion is also available. Everything in accordance with regulations.

Can I pay by Direct Debit?

Yes, if you commit to a year and pay in pounds from a UK bank account. Choose a yearly plan and checkout offers Bacs Direct Debit alongside card. Monthly plans are card only, because a Direct Debit takes a few working days to clear and that wait is worth it once a year, not every month. Your account is activated as soon as you complete checkout, so a clearing payment never holds up your reminders.

I'm outside the UK. Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes! We support payments in multiple currencies (EUR, USD, JPY and many more). When you sign up, you'll be billed in your local currency based on your location at the checkout. We use Stripe for secure and seamless international payments, so you can pay with your preferred method without any hassle.
