    Our Business - Appointment & No-Show Policy

    At Our Business every appointment is time reserved especially for you. To keep waiting times short and to be fair to all of our customers, we ask everyone to read and respect the following booking and cancellation policy.

    1. Confirming your appointment

    When you book with Our Business you will receive a confirmation of the date and time. Please check the details and let us know straight away if anything is incorrect.

    2. Cancellations & rescheduling

    If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. This gives us time to offer your slot to another customer who is waiting.

    You can cancel or reschedule by replying to your reminder message or by contacting us directly.

    3. Late arrivals

    Please arrive on time. If you are running late, let us know as soon as you can. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we have to shorten or reschedule your appointment so that we do not keep the next customer waiting.

    4. Missed appointments (no-shows)

    A "no-show" is a missed appointment where we were not told in advance. No-shows leave a slot empty that another customer could have used.

    If you miss an appointment without notice, Our Business may ask for a deposit to secure future bookings.

    5. Deposits

    For selected services, or after a missed appointment, we may ask for a small deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is put towards the cost of your service and is only retained if you do not attend or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.

    6. Repeated no-shows

    We understand that life happens and the occasional change of plan is unavoidable. However, where appointments are repeatedly missed, Our Business reserves the right to require full pre-payment for future bookings.
