Do I have to add customers manually?

No. Once your calendar is connected, each booking becomes a customer automatically. You can still add or import customers by hand if you want to, but you do not have to.

If a customer books several times, do I get duplicates?

No. Remindlo recognises a returning customer by their phone number or email and adds the new visit to their existing record, so each customer appears once with all of their visits together.

Does it keep a history of past appointments?

Yes. Each customer keeps a record of the visits they have had as well as their next upcoming appointment, so you always have the full picture in one place.
